A series of lawsuits did not shake the financial stability of Casino Sochi - the gambling establishment consistently solves problems. The last successful case is the settlement of Globus's debt claims. The verdict of the judges is awaiting a statement by the Federal Tax Service, demanding payment of a small tax debt. Among the debtors of the casino is the company "Your Dvor".
Litigation passions run high around Casino Sochi, distracting management from core business. The last successfully resolved problem was the closure of the claim of the Globus company, which demanded payment for landscaping services. The flower and shrub arrangement cost the casino almost $ 19 million. Having met in court, the conflicting parties found a compromise - the judges fixed the "peace". The gambling establishment promised to pay off an insignificant debt.
The claims of "Globus", the press writes, did not threaten the financial and economic stability of the casino operating with huge funds. Only last year, Casino Sochi transferred ₽500 million in taxes. True, the tax authorities, not satisfied with the solid financial flow filling the budget, found ₽38 million unpaid to the state treasury. The casino management, commenting on the situation, said: we will wait for the court hearing.
The defending "Casino Sochi", analysts say, has its debtors - ₽5 million intends to sue the gambling platform from the Moscow company "Tvoy Dvor". The latter is known for refractory products, supplies of gypsum, concrete, installation of communications, carpentry. The reason for the dispute between the casino and Muscovites was not disclosed - the Krasnodar arbitrators are choosing the date of the meeting.
