According to local media reports, funds will begin to be allocated this year. Over the next 2 years, over 2 thousand hotel rooms, including 84 suites, are to be renovated. In general, the reconstruction project has 3 stages. The first is scheduled to be completed this fall. It involves the restoration of one of the 3 towers of the hotel. At the second stage, calculated for 2019, the 2nd tower will be modernized. The last stage is the renovation of the 3rd tower, which is expected to be completed in autumn 2020.

It is worth noting that the 2008 crisis hit the Las Vegas economy hard, a significant part of which was occupied by the gambling industry. But the city is gradually restoring its reputation. Visitors to Las Vegas are on the rise. This was the main reason that casino operators were actively engaged in the renovation of their facilities. For example, in the summer of 2017, the reconstruction of the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, one of the most famous city casinos, was completed. Renovation work continues at Palazzo. In addition, the construction of new resorts is planned in the next few years. Investors are showing particular interest in the northern part of the Las Vegas Strip, which still has a lot of vacant space.
