New Jersey online gambling profitability attracted interest of Ocean Resort casino

The launch of online gambling sites is planned by Ocean Casino in New Jersey - the application is sent to the state gambling market regulator. A similar initiative has been taken by the Hard Rock casino.

The regulator of the gambling segment of New Jersey, commenting on Ocean's intentions, stated that the casino was attracted by the state's gambling site. Today, there are 23 legalized online casinos operating here. Everything is available to individuals with New Jersey IP addresses - in other words, the players are physically controlled by the state authorities.

The New Jersey administration positions Internet gambling as the brightest segment of the casino market, bringing the state unprecedented profits. Summing up the results of the past year, the state authorities said: the return of online casinos was $ 245 million. Atlantic City gambling sites account for 9% of the mentioned amount. The increase in profitability compared to 2016 reached a 25% mark.

The general performance of the New Jersey gambling market hides an even more exciting return to the imagination of the inhabitants of the online sites of specific casinos, the publications write. So, Golden Nugget, which earned over $ 68 million last year, took first place. The second-place winner, Tropicana, is slightly behind, receiving almost $ 50 million in return. Rounding out the top three is Resorts Digital with revenue of less than $ 43 million.

The British GAN, which technologically supports the gambling market, will provide Ocean with relevant content, according to journalists, - the contract was signed by the management of the companies. The first package of online gambling games is planned to be provided after June.
