Lake Shchuchye in Kazakhstan by 2020 may turn into a casino

The regional administration of the Akmola region is already planning to allocate 400 hectares of land in this natural zone for the construction of a premium class establishment. The casino is part of a project to build a resort complex in the Borovsko-Shchuchinsky region, which is planned to be implemented by 2020. Investors will be attracted to such a grandiose action, and part of the money will be taken from the local budget.

According to Vasily Krylov, deputy akim of the region, actions aimed at developing attractive zones for investors can significantly increase tourism growth in two regions for both local residents and foreign guests and visitors.

The construction of such a complex with a casino can really benefit and possibly even enrich the region, because recently, in the same Borovsk district, over the past seven years, the number of vacationers has steadily increased by 26% per year.
