The Primorye Development Corporation has published a forecast of the financial return of the gambling zone

$ 10 billion in tax revenues are expected by analysts from the gambling "Primorye". The calculations were performed by specialists from the Primorye Development Corporation. Solid annual deductions apply to the regional budget - the federal share was calculated separately by experts.

Commenting on the growing tax return of the Primorye gambling zone, a representative of the Corporation explained to reporters: the annual RUB 10 billion tax return is not the limit - the systematic implementation of previously laid out plans will bring tax deductions closer to the RUB 36 billion mark. This is a volume that affects the interests of all budgets.

The gambling platform "Primorye" is presented by the Russian man in the street as a kind of casino segment. The reality is much richer - the hotel segment, the industry of non-gaming entertainment is developing here, the range of shopping malls and other services is expanding. They give part of the increasing tax deductions. The Development Corporation, having launched a gambling zone project, aims to transform the site into a full-scale integrated resort complex. It is this segment, the representative of the Corporation emphasized, that plays a decisive role.

By 2020, analysts expect, only the launch of the Naga Vladivostok complexes, the fashionable Selena, will allow serving a million guests of Primorye annually. Further development of the zone's complexes, limited by the framework of 2025, will provide an 8 millionth tourist flow.
