The gambling cluster, combining the financial interests of the entertainment and gambling Primorye and Warm Sea, has been approved by the Primorsky Department of Tourism. Local casinos, analysts say, are starting to syndicate.

Seaside journalists received sensational information - the tourism department said: the resort and entertainment "Primorye" is "absorbed" by the "Warm Sea" cluster. The structure is named TRK "Primorye". The preservation of the brand, analysts say, is evidence of the strong financial position of Primorye. The merger will support the Warm Sea economy.

The persons involved in the merger, the department said, plan to invest in a promising model with ₽20 billion. The Russian government, which also supported the aggregation of the gambling business, added ₽3 billion. Entertainment areas "Izumrudnoye", "Primorskoye Koltso" do not disclose integration plans.

Note that the Shambala gambling company intends to look for happiness in Primorye - Azov-City is finally closed by Moscow. The Primorsky governor, having received the concept of the adapted project, handed over the portfolio of documents to the officials. Shambala offers a resort and entertainment complex with an area of 16,000 square meters.

The cost of the KKK exceeds $ 128 million. It is planned to launch a casino, a three-hundred-seat five-star hotel, a nightclub, and related establishments. Primorsky officials gave a preliminary "go-ahead" - the management is looking for a contractor ready to start construction in September 2019.
