Wine casinos are subject to special taxation

The trick of a gambling establishment, which is not considered by the traditional legislation "Gambling", is blind tasting. The format provides for bets, the formation of a bank, a jackpot, or the transfer of funds to the institution.

The rules are simple: the player acquires the right to taste the wine while blindfolded. People around make bets, assessing the likelihood of guessing. The range of "guessing" is quite wide: the brand of wine, region of production, the name of the vineyard, year of issue, and other details. There have been millions of jackpots, "Villa Romanov" has reported so far - the bets are fabulous.

Last year, the press writes, the "wine casino" was tried by the Yekaterinburg wine collection "CodeDeVino". True, the tasting was supplemented with the game “Let's get married”. Wealthy men, prominent ladies, guessing the wine, paved the path for the idea to the Krasnodar region. The main contingent of the wine cellar project is unmarried thirty-year-old ladies burdened with their own business. Men, we note, are also not simple - bets promise a serious loss.

Supervisory authorities, monitoring the activities of the new entertainment direction, expect a financial breakthrough - "wine casinos" will receive special taxation.
