Croatian online casino will be developed by American GiG

Top Games casinos practically passed over to Gaming Innovation - the Croatian operator sold most of the shares to the Americans. The purpose of the deal is to develop the local online casino market.

The Croatian online casino market is about to change - the American Gaming Innovation issued a document a day earlier defining cooperation with the Croatian casino owner Top Games. The latter, experts remind, has been granted the rights to found virtual gambling sites - the American gambling company is known for the services provided by online casinos.

The Top Games shares went to GiG virtually free of charge - an agreement signed by the partners secured cash-free settlements. It is supposed to "pay off" with the investment of resources. The only investment burden for the Croats is the payment of the initial costs, which are offset by obtaining the right to the branded platforms of the Americans.

The Croatian-American partnership will help GiG integrate into the local online casino community. The first joint gambling sites will appear in a year. GiG marketers are targeting moderate revenue growth.

The American gambling company, commenting on the agreement, said: Croatian fans of online casinos will receive safe resources filled with competitive content. The management is satisfied with the solution to the issue of integrating the experience of our developers into the jurisdiction of Croatia. We are sure that the deal will be approved.

The regulated Croatian online casino market was legally allowed in 2010. Today there are six local operators operating here. Owners of land-based sites are allowed to found virtual casinos. Illegal casinos are blocked by the operator.
